After 20 years experience in Automotive and Warehousing environments on executive and Management positions, the decision was made in 2022 to start as freelance business support.

 

The main goal is to support our clients to improve their daily business by sharing the knowledge, experience and people skills.

Automotive lean manufacturing working methods like e.g. 5S, Gemba, Kamishibai, SMED, Value Stream Mapping, Quick Response Continuous Improvement and Kanban are well-known.  

With our strong drive for success and strong analytical thinking ability there will always be a strong commitment to reach your company goals.

As we are used to work in International Supply Chain areas it’s no problem for us to deal with people of different countries, origin, gender or culture.
